  • I work with people who are in a growth phase, are in transition, and need clarity, objectivity, empathy, and accountability to get through this phase with systems, support, and care. I work with a variety of clients and love working with people in the creative community who have people and planet at the core of their mission and work.

  • I listen carefully to your needs and work with you to co-create a unique plan based on those needs. The best way to start is to Book a Call so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. It’s also important to remember that you are not simply hiring me to solve your problems for you, but rather, to listen to your needs, ask tough questions, and work together to help you achieve your dream life. However, this work is for people who are committed and are ready to roll up their sleeves and put in the work.

  • Depending on the needs, your journey to prosperity will begin with a full-day workshop or multiple half-day workshops, then bi-weekly virtual sessions for as long as you need. Rest assured that it will be a custom program designed specifically for you and your needs. We will decide if we are a good fit and what program will work best in the initial discovery call(s).

  • This depends on your exact needs and the goals we are working to achieve together. I generally recommend at least 6 months for optimal results due to the time it takes to build rapport, define your roadmap, do the deep work, and course-correct along the way as we uncover what you really want and how to get there.

  • Here is a simplified view of our process:

    PHASE 0: Discovery Call(s) -> Mutually Beneficial Agreement -> Deposit ->
    PHASE 1: Discovery (ie. In-Person Workshop(s)) ->
    PHASE 2: Development (ie. In-Person or Virtual Brainstorming/Workshopping Sessions)->
    PHASE 3: Action (ie. Virtual Accountability Check-in Sessions) ->
    Rinse and Repeat (as you continue to grow and evolve) ->

  • Yes, I do all of the work which means when you hire Ärtful, you will work directly with Gabe Ratliff. However, if we realize that there are additional needs you have during our work, I have a vast network of collaborators from my CoCreate network that we can use if you so desire their support as well.

  • We keep it simple. It’s $100 per hour.

  • Depending on the product or service, we accept payments via Bank transfer or Debit/Credit Cards for your convenience. The exact details, payment options, and terms will be provided at booking/purchase.
